Aromatherapy Recipe for Fall |
|
Fall has been sneaking into our calendars, one to two days a week for the last three. That means rainy days, crisp breezes, and chilly nights are coming. In days the Aspens will start to turn, and the season will feel like apples--and pumpkins! Here's a simple aromatherapy blend that can freshen your home and keep your space light and bright. Spray your rooms, linens, and place on light bulbs. Dab some behind your ears or drop into a warm bath. We recommend the Young Living Essential Oils line. 10 drops of cinnamon 25 drops of clove bud 10 drops of lemon 10 drops of bergamot 45 drops of sweet orange Use 12-15 drops of this mixture per ounce of warm water. To accent your face going into the fall season, schedule your Morning Glory "Facial-Lift": a non-surgical pampering skincare treatment guaranteed to tighten, lighten, and brighten your face while erasing the damaging effects of the Colorado sun. We'll use a customized blend of products to help you fall into the season with your best face forward. |
